Holden's Hoppin' 3rd Birthday + Captain America

Holden decided he wanted a 'Frog/Captain America' themed birthday party this year.  Kelly Sims, a friend from high school made his cake for us.  It turned out so perfect and by far was his favorite part of the party.  He received a Captain American costume, which was his favorite gift but he also loved his frog blanket and beach towel as well as his new movies and Captain America figures.  We had his birthday at Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in Hot Springs.  We tried to keep it small since the location is not large and it was expensive to have over 10 children.  The only children were Hudson, Holden, Paul, Jane, Taylor, and Maddie.  The adults included Lynne and Larry, Mom and Pat, Gary and Charlotte, Jeff and Sally, Ryan and Suzy, and April and Craig.  We gave out large gummy frogs as favors.  It was a perfect day for such an amazing and cool Captain America lovin' kid.

Two boxes met upon a road.
Said one unto the other,
"If you're a box,
And I'm a box,
Then you must be my brother.
Our sides are thin,
We're cavin' in,
And we must get no thinner.'
And so two boxes, hand in hand
Went home to have their dinner.

EIGHTEEN FLAVORS
Eighteen luscious, scrumptious flavors
Chocolate, lime and cherry,
Coffee,pumpkin, fudge-banana,
Caramel cream and boysenberry,
Rocky road and toasted almond,
 Butterscotch, vanilla dip,
Butter-brickle, apple ripple,
Coconut and mocha chip,
Brandy peach and lemon custard,
Each scoop lovely, smooth, and round
Tallest ice-cream cone in town,
Lying there (sniff) on the ground.
